This is often because of the high transaction costs of foreign banks and simply because of financial limitations. You have the chance to contribute to a fund, which will go towards covering the service fees for students and individuals from low-income countries. Once we have a sufficient amount collected towards that fund, we will give the option to everyone to apply for the sponsored service and enjoy the full benefits, like getting NFTs, joining our groups, or supporting a national network for their country.
