Not only were agile strategies devised for improved patient satisfaction, but even administrative restructuring options were uncovered for higher efficiency, digital transformation, and achievement of corporate goals & career milestones with earned MSc Degree in Family Medicine for doctors.

We continue to raise awareness and address the factors that directly impact our mental health and body image such as discrimination, self-expression, and underrepresentation of minorities on our social media channels.

We have created detailed physical features in our VR models to map and represent the diverse stakeholders in hospitals & clinics as a part of their motivation campaigns for staff engagement. Our projects include magazine covers and posters such as that created on Nurse's week 2022 for Al Dara's hospital.

Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are provided for marketing campaigns on obesity in children with assorted nutritional plans as well as anti-bullying strategies.

At Shawerna Web-Design, we enrich healthcare journey awareness with personalized VR personas and NFTs for individuals, coaches, and healthcare providers that are mapped to their codes of healthcare or mental wellness along their healthcare journey.

Each healthcare journey becomes a visual storybook that facilitates how everyone connects, validates referrals, accumulates medical knowledge, protects case information, enables rewards and royalty claims, and generates income across currencies (including Crypto) and into a wallet.

SHAWERNA TOOLS
DESIGN AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION MODEL
FROM 2D to 3D
We presented a digital toolbox for hospitals and clinics to shift their 2D building plans into 3D vision before their physical building civil works.

The toolbox allows both contractors and consultants involved in the process to measure distances and map entry points and exits as well as support interior design during consultations. Tallies are also catered for Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and materials.
​
Feedback incorporated from staff, architects, and contractors helped achieve a friendly and intuitive user interface. Readjustments of plans became seamless and cost-effective.
SHAWERNA TRANSPARENCY
PROCESS EFFICIENCY, AGILE RESPONSE, AND CLINICAL EDUCATION
It has been a pleasure in supporting hospitals with their clinical education and conflict resolution via mapping of roles and environments present across their departments and branches.

Successful Web platforms have been set for surgery scheduling, AI-supported decision-making, driving insurance claims, account reports, and online service checkout and payments.
​
Additional process simulations and monitoring tools were also provided with the help of VR and AI for new staff orientation, training, communication, and physical restructuring.
